Feasibility & Proposal
Our architects and structural team conduct a complete site assessment, prepare layout options, and present a transparent proposal — including new carpet areas, amenities, timeline, and corpus offerings.
Society Discussion & Approvals
Open Q&A sessions with all residents. Our legal & technical teams answer every question. The Development Agreement is finalised only when residents are confident, comfortable, and in agreement.
Documentation & Permissions
Parulekar handles all regulatory work — PMC building plan approvals, MahaRERA registration, environmental clearances, and society-side documentation. Residents receive regular updates throughout.
Interim Accommodation & Rent
Before construction begins, every resident family is supported with monthly rent payment for alternative accommodation, plus a moving allowance and brokerage assistance — all funded by Parulekar.
Construction & Quality Assurance
RCC frame, earthquake-resistant design, premium specifications. Regular site walkthroughs invited for residents. Real-time progress updates via WhatsApp groups and quarterly society reports.
Handover & Welcome Home
Each home is delivered with a complete handover kit — keys, fittings inventory, warranty cards, and a welcome ceremony. Defect liability period of one year, with our team available throughout.
